How to batch compress audio files
Open the Batch Compress tool and drop in as many files as you like. Choose a sample rate and channel count, then run — each file is compressed locally, one after another, and the results are bundled into a single ZIP that downloads to your device.
For the biggest size savings, convert to mono and lower the sample rate. Spoken-word material — podcasts, interviews, voice notes — usually sounds perfectly clear in mono at a reduced sample rate, while music benefits from keeping a higher rate and stereo. Always work from the highest-quality source you have, since each lossy step discards a little detail that cannot be recovered.
Because the whole batch is processed on your machine, there is no upload time and no limit on how many files you can queue beyond what your device's memory comfortably handles.
