Refund Policy

The heart of AudioDock is free and always will be, so most people will never have anything to refund. This policy covers the optional paid plans for the times they apply.

The free tools are free

Every core tool runs locally at no cost and without an account. There is nothing to buy to trim, convert, compress, or clean up audio, and therefore nothing to refund for ordinary use.

Paid plans

If you purchase a paid plan, you are entitled to a refund if a paid feature does not work as described, provided you request it within the window stated at checkout. We would rather fix the problem than lose your trust, so reaching out usually leads to a solution first and a refund if we cannot deliver one.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page with your purchase details and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to process approved refunds to your original payment method without unnecessary delay.

Exceptions

Refunds may not apply where a plan has been used in a way that breaches our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or where a request falls outside the stated window. We will always explain our reasoning if we are unable to approve a request.
